I am desperately looking for a relocation to Kolkata. But the job opportunity in Kolkata is not as good as in other parts of India (NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyd, Bangalore, Hyd). Currently I am located at NCR. Please advise how should I go about it. I am married and have a daughter. I am 35, working for a KPO and my total experience is 10 years.
